A few thoughts on being a songwriter ... Write. Then ... Write more songs... Never ever get married to the songs you have written... They are only songs you have written ... They are what they are and they will serve you best as what you have done ... not what you will do ... So ... Just write more of them. Then when you've written more songs, write some more. When you have done that, write 500 more. Then when you have done that, write 1000 more. Then write some more. Write everyday. Write every night. …
